If you need to return a purchased item, please submit a ticket to the RMA (Return) Department. All items sold by ALLHDD.COM are covered by the warranty of 90 days against defects, except as otherwise specified on an individual basis on the invoice. Defect in this context means manufacturer’s defects. We are not responsible for any damages from other technicians’ work. We do not guarantee compatibility.
ALLHDD.COM is not responsible for errors and shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders for products listed with incorrect information. Return of Products purchased hereunder shall be governed by our Return policies as set forth herein on the date of the invoice. ALLHDD.COM reserves the right to modify or eliminate such policies at any time.
ALLHDD.COM makes no representation or warranties of any kind concerning the Products. ALLHDD.COM. HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ALLHDD.COM WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS, COST, OR EXPENSE FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY.
LICENSE/SOFTWARE AND SHIPPING COST ARE ALWAYS NON-REFUNDABLE.
ALLHDD.COM will charge a 20% restocking fee ( from March 9, 2021, ) for all non-damaged returns (Refurbished, New Bulk Pack, New Pull, NOB, Clean Tested Items) except brand new products. However, any factory-sealed, brand-new, or retail items must be returned in original condition and subject to the “check retail/brand new” section. All returns must be in good condition. All product returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by ALLHDD.COM
Defective Product Exchange is returned to ALLHDD.COM at the customer’s expense. The return products will be sent via ground shipments and we will charge extra shipping costs if the customers require a fast shipment. Please check the Product Condition Specification on the Terms & Conditions page to make sure about the condition of the product. If you make the mistake of choosing the right product and request us to return the product and/or refund, we’ll NOT accept this kind of request.
All products in retail boxes are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and the manufacturer must be contacted directly to obtain an (RMA) number and shipping instructions. We will not take back any retail or manufacturer warranty products. After the first 15 days of the invoice, all returns and replacements must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Manufacturer’s warranties vary by product category.
Products that are marked with “Manufacturer Warranty” are NOT covered by ALLHDD.COM and are directly serviced by the manufacturer. ALLHDD.COM does not claim responsibility for the warranty of these items and is not responsible for authorizing any returns. These products are governed by the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer for further details.
If the product is Dead on Arrival (DOA), customers have a period of up to 15 days from the date of the invoice to submit the return ticket. We do not take any product back if it is physically damaged by the customer. Please notify the shipper and us immediately if you receive the damaged merchandise. If the damage is visible, then call us and refuse the order. We insure most orders. To return products all customer return request forms must be completed within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Any purchase returned must be returned to ALLHDD.COM within 90 days from the date of invoice.
For all Defective Product returns, the customer prepays return shipping; ALLHDD.COM will pay freight to the Customer. ALLHDD.COM does not offer price protection on products that have already shipped. Any return of a product with a price drop is processed at the then-current price.
Any kinds of burned products will not be replaced or refunded. The damaged or missing product must be notified within 3 days upon receipt of the package else we will refuse the request.
All approved refunds will be the current value or sale price of the returned product at ALLHDD.COM, whichever is lower, minus any applicable fee and/or charges.
The following rules apply according to the reason for return:
DO NOT WANT PRODUCTS or ORDERED WRONG PRODUCTS
Unopened or Opened box (brand new/retail, factory sealed items): A minimum 30% and up to 35% restocking fee (from March 9, 2020, ) will be applied if you contact us within 10 days of the delivery date.
Once an order has been processed for shipping or specially ordered to meet a client’s specific needs, we are unable to provide a refund. In these cases, a restocking fee of 35% will be charged.
Partial Shipment Issue
If you decide to return items that were partially delivered from your order, a 20% restocking fee will apply to the items you have received. We do not allow cancellations due to delivery lead time or estimated time of arrival. Please specify your project’s deadline when placing your order. After you have made your payment, we will not provide a free shipping upgrade.
OEM server parts
For the OEM server parts (i.e., Dell, HPE) to get Full coverage of the warranty server must have a full 3- 5 years warranty. However, ALLHDD.Com will cover the warranty duration if any Manufacturer doesn’t support the advertised warranty and there is no refund for those.
Final Sale items are non-returnable/refundable in any situation. Any question? please ask our team before the shipment.
THE SUSPECT PRODUCTS IS DEFECTIVE
Defective item: A replacement will be sent to the customer once we receive the defective item. Defective items will be replaced with the same model only. If the replacement is not available, we will give you a full refund for the item.
SHIPPING ERROR
Received Wrong Item: The correct item will be shipped to you immediately upon our receipt of the incorrect item.
Item Damaged in Transit: If you receive a shipping carton that shows obvious damage, please refuse the shipment. The shipping carrier is responsible for these damages, not you. If, upon opening the carton, you discover that the product was damaged during shipment, contact the carrier for inspection. If your order was shipped via UPS and arrived damaged, save the original packing materials and call UPS to report the damage. Then please contact us and ALLHDD.COM will file a claim. “International buyers must pay for return shipping costs, even if the items arrive damaged or do not work.”
LICENSE AND SOFTWARE
License and software: License and software are non-returnable. No cancellation, no refund.
To submit an RMA request, we require information:
a) Order number
b) Serial number
c) Reason for return & Action to take
d) Whether the box has been opened or is manufacturer-sealed
International orders and shipping associated with international orders-returns are always at the customer’s expense. All the taxes and/or duties will be paid by the customer in any case. ALLHDD.COM will never refund shipping fees to customers for both U.S. and international shipping.
Failure to return a product within the applicable return period or 15 days will be deemed an acceptance of the product. ALLHDD.COM must receive the returned product within 15 days upon issue of the RMA or the RMA will be void.
