ANY ADDITIONAL OR DIFFERENT TERMS IN ANY FORMS DELIVERED BY YOU ARE HEREBY DEEMED TO BE MATERIAL ALTERATIONS AND NOTICE OF OBJECTION TO THEM AND REJECTION OF THEM IS HEREBY GIVEN. BY ACCEPTING DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCTS DESCRIBED IN THE ALLHDD.COM INVOICE OR OTHER ALLHDD.COM DOCUMENTATION, THE CUSTOMER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY AND ACCEPTS THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PRODUCT SALES UNLESS THE CUSTOMER AND ALLHDD.COM HAVE SIGNED A SEPARATE AGREEMENT, IN WHICH CASE THE SEPARATE AGREEMENT WILL GOVERN. IN ADDITION, THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME, WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN NOTICE. THEREFORE, PLEASE CHECK THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY EACH TIME YOU PLACE AN ORDER WITH OR ACCEPT DELIVERY OF ANY GOODS FROM ALLHDD.COM
These terms constitute a binding contract between Customer and ALLHDD.COM Customer acknowledges agreement and acceptance of these terms by making a purchase, placing an order, or otherwise shopping on our website. These terms are subject to change without prior notice, except that the terms posted on the site at the time the customer initially places or modifies an order will govern the order in question.
When you send e-mails to us, you are communicating with ALLHDD.COM electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, emails regarding products, discount coupons, marketing, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
All prices are subject to change without notice; pricing is a matter to change and we can change it anytime. Prices for certain government, corporate, and institutional customers may be outlined in a bid or other written agreement between the parties. Payment is due when products ship unless credit terms have been arranged in advance with our credit department. In such a case, payment terms shall be as outlined in the credit agreement.
ALLHDD.COM and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, ALLHDD.COM does not warrant that the product description or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free but we do our best to provide correct information about every product. All product images may not be the same as the products.

New Retail Factory Sealed products are brand new sealed and in the original manufacturer, The box is complete with the Manufacturer's genuine warranty.
New Sealed products may have a genuine box or may not, with a manufacturer warranty
New Sealed Spare products are in genuine manufacturer boxes but don't have any manufacturer warranty.
New Bulk Pack/Bulk Pack products come with a clamshell box and do not have any manufacturer warranty. Many times manufacturers disassemble new whole units to use parts. Typically, this product doesn't come with software or instructions unless indicated and has no Manufacturers' genuine warranty, most of these items are pulled from the new systems and short-term use.
New OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products are new and many times the manufacturer will disassemble new whole units to use parts. Typically, this product doesn't come with software or instructions unless indicated and no Manufacturer's genuine warranty.
New Open Box products have never been used; the only difference between the New and New Open Box is that the outside factory seal has been broken, due to a cancelled order, inspection, or mishandling during transporting from warehouse to warehouse but still have warranty depend on products category. However, the inside contents are complete.
New Pull products that have been used for more than 1 year have some scratches but work like new ones with good performance.
Clean Pull or Tested Drives products are used more than 1 year and tested after a pull from some other system and working without problem.
Refurbished Typically, refurbished products are restored to their "original/refurbished" condition by the original manufacturer, an affiliate of the manufacturer, or a third-party facility. This product may have minor blemishes due to normal product usage and doesn't necessarily come with documentation and software unless indicated, but has been well tested and generally has never had any defects.
For the OEM server parts (i.e., Dell, HPE) to get Full coverage of the warranty server must have a full 3- 5 years warranty. However, ALLHDD.Com will cover the warranty duration if any Manufacturer doesn't support the advertised warranty and there is no refund for those.
Final Sale items are non-returnable/refundable in any situation. Any question? please ask our team before the shipment.
ALLHDD.COM have the right to collect sale tax only from New York state customer which is according to New York state law. For customers who are not in New York state, we will never collect sales tax from them. If you have a Tax Exempt Certificate, then you are sales tax-free and we collect this based on the product's shipping address.
We accept payment for the products will be made by Master Card, VISA, AMEX, DISCOVER, Wire Transfer, and Western Union payment method unless credit terms have been agreed upon. Payment terms are always in advance unless otherwise specified in an agreement between the buyer and ALLHDD.COM for all unpaid invoices shall bear interest at 2.5% of the outstanding balance per month, commencing on the payment due date.
For international orders, we prefer wire transfers for fast shipment.
Our Credit Card Policy requires shipments to be sent only to the account holder's home or business address. For security reasons, we cannot redirect packages to a different person's address. In certain cases, we may consider shipping to an alternate address, but you'll need to:
- Fill out the Card Authorization form.
- Include a copy of your Driver's License/State Issued Photo ID.
- Copy both sides of the credit card.
- The cardholder must sign the authorization form as indicated.
ALL information obtained on the form will be kept strictly confidential by ALLHDD.COM. If we determine an order to be high-risk, we will only accept "Wire transfer" as a payment method. Additionally, we reserve the right to reject any order.
Fraudulent payment attempts are typically reported to relevant law enforcement agencies. ALLHDD.Com guarantees strict confidentiality for all information provided on the form. In cases where an order is deemed high-risk, ALLHDD will only accept wire transfers as a form of payment.
Credit card companies and shippers: When you buy something from us we send your credit card information, name, billing address, and the amount of your purchase to your credit card company to verify and authorize the purchase. Your name, telephone number, and shipping information must be provided to third-party shippers such as UPS, FedEx, etc. There are also may be instances in which we drop-ship orders directly to you from one of our manufacturers or suppliers. These drop-shippers are only given your name, postal address, and telephone number for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.

Saturday Delivery: Typically arrives on Saturday.
Next-Day AM Service: Usually arrives the next business morning.

2-Day Service: Takes two business days.

Inside the United States
Occasionally, situations beyond our control arise that may cause delays in shipping your order. In these cases, we will attempt to contact you through all available means to inform you of the delay. If your order is mission-critical, please call or ask live help to inform us as soon as the order is placed and check your order status frequently. In-stock items will ship within 24 hours, as long as you complete your order by 2 PM, Monday through Friday, EST. Most of the products are in our stock and we will ship them from our warehouse we will ship the maximum number of products within 24 hours. We have business partners in several states in the United States. Sometimes we will ship products from our partners for fast shipment to the customers in the nearest states.
Free ground shipping for all orders inside the US - 48 states only.
1. If you place an order before 3 PM Eastern Time (EST), it will likely be shipped on the same day. We give priority to Overnight Orders, so if you want to ensure prompt delivery, please call us. We appreciate inquiries about your order's status, especially if it's time-sensitive. We'll work on it right away to get it shipped promptly. We understand emergencies and will do our best to accommodate you.
2. Orders placed during weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
3. We are not responsible for severe weather delays at the origin or destination of any item sold.
4. We do not deliver to guests at hotels.
5. All shipments are based on business days and do not include Saturdays or Sundays, except for Saturday Delivery.
6. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, and we do not ship to UPS/FedEx stores.
7. Please note that there will be a $15.00 fee for re-shipping ground orders that are undeliverable. Additional charges may apply for upgrading the shipping method from ground services. If you want to upgrade from ground to expedited services, please contact customer service.
8. The shipping and billing addresses must match. If they don't, please call your credit card company to approve the new (different) shipping address.
If you place your order after 2 PM EST or on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays, your available item(s) will ship the next business day if possible. Shipping times, by UPS, and FedEx policy, are estimated in business days, and subsequently do not include weekends.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes; if any customer places orders with a shipping PO Box we usually cancel that order and a confirmation email or phone call about cancellation will be sent.
For your protection and quicker approval of credit card orders, please ensure that your shipping address is the same as your billing address on file at your credit card company. Please make certain that your billing address and shipping address are correct and on record with your credit card company. If we are unable to verify an address it will delay your shipment and you will be contacted to correct the situation.
ALLHDD.COM adds shipping and handling on all orders according to the weight of the package(s).
Free Shipping is for orders shipped within the 48 states of the United States of America and is not available for International, Alaska, Hawaii, or PR.
If your order arrives to you in a damaged condition, refuse the delivery. The carrier is responsible for the damage and not you. If, however, you accept delivery and open the carton and then discover the item was damaged during shipping, contact the carrier for inspection, then contact our Customer Service Department and we will file a claim on your behalf. We also ship via the customer's own FedEx or UPS account and we do special take care for any overnight and 2nd-day shipping. We try our best to inform customers about the order status.
Shipping charges shown during the check-out process are for orders shipped to the U.S. only. If your order is shipping outside of the U.S. we will contact you, via email, with the new shipping charges for your order. If you would like to know these charges before placing your order, all the costs of customs and shipping will be paid to the customer by themselves. The minimum order requirement for international customers is $1000.
At checkout, the order handling charges are automatically calculated. We have several warehouses located throughout the U.S. to ensure faster delivery. Our shipping and handling charges include our costs for customer service, processing and shipping, returns and exchanges, and some overhead. We will charge handling fees based on product quantity and weight if the customer uses their shipping account use.
We understand the need for our customers to know where their product is and when it will be delivered. On our site, real-time tracking information will be sent via email on products shipped directly from our warehouses and tracking from any shipments shipped directly from our affiliated vendors will be sent within 24 hours. For 2nd day and overnight shipping, we update the track and email to the customer on the same day of shipment. For ground shipping, it may take 1-2 days extra time to update all. If any customer asks for tracking in live help or over the phone we try to give him track the right way but if the track does not update customer must give us 3-4 hours to update on site no excuse will be accepted like cancel my order I will not take this. If you complain like this ALLHDD.COM will charge a restocking fee.
